Return / Exchange Policy

An order is eligible for return within 2-3 working days from the date of delivery.

Return and exchange are not applicable in the following cases:

1. Material / Fabric is not satisfactory.
2. Slight variations in color.
3. Size does not fit.
4. Colors have faded after washing.

Return and exchange are only applicable in the following cases:

If you received a manufacturer defective product.

If you received a product with a totally wrong color or design.

Steps for an exchange:

Customers must raise a return request by sending an email to havikazarihouse@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 9500625909 with the order details, return reason, unboxing video, and price tag.

All of the above are mandatory to accept the return request.

Providing an unboxing video of the product showing the damage or defect is compulsory.

Our customer support team will analyze the return request and approve it within 1-2 working days.

Once a return is approved, the item must be packed and shipped to the following address:

Reverse pickup is available for selected pin codes. If your pin code is not available for reverse pickup, you should return the product yourself and courier charges are refundable with a proper bill.

Once your product reaches our office, our customer support team will inform you via email or WhatsApp. Then, an exchange can be done with other products, and we will ship the new product without any charges.

We do not accept returns for an orders from countries outside India.
